- Grace Sushi LLC, is the owner of this business operations, and grants franchises to third parties to operate sushi bar by using the system. Operation license is owned by GRACE SHUShI LLC, and franchisees will be operating as independent contractors on the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- Franchisees must conduct independently and investigate the nature of the business risks. Franchisees are responsible parties for all problems and incidents it may occur during or a work inside the SUSHI bar including inspection procedures. Franchisees must follow all of the company’s HACCP and SSOP procedures.
- Franchisees must understand the terms of and the obligations, the risks, the success or failure of the business is depending their knowledge base, skills and abilities, interest rates, supply costs and the marketplace.
- Franchisees must order all supplies (equipment), products by themselves directly to designated salesman and they are responsible for the payment on time. If GRACE SHUSHI provides opening sets and other equipment such as rice cooker, pots and pans, food containers, knives and others, franchisees will pay for it.
- Franchise fee must be paid two weeks before opening date. The franchise fee for this location is $????? Franchisees must have liability insurance for small business, or pay the cost of the insurance, if the company provided.
- Franchisees may renew an agreement/contract when it is expired. The renewal fee for franchise agreement is $???? for two years.
- If Franchisees want to cancel the contract before it is expired, must notify GRACE SUSHI LLC, at least 60 days in advance, or the penalty will be $???? Note; Franchise fee is not refundable.
- If Franchisees want to trade or sell the business to others, must fill out the form of name change by both parties and pay the fee $?????
Grace Sushi business partners will not have any financial responsibilities.
Our business partners will only provide or share the following items if the business is operating in the store.
- Freezer (To store fish and some other items)
- Cooler (1 rack shelf steel shelving)
- Station for work (e.g. 6 feet stainless steel work table)
- Sushi Display Case (not less than 5 feet)
- Our label (barcode has to be setup in your system (cashier computer)
